There are air bags all around each Honda, including air bags that will inflate and cover the windows. Some new Hondas are equipped with SmartVent front side air bag, side curtain air bags, front knee airbags, and rollover sensors to better protect Honda passengers in the event of a collision.

-Front Seat Belts with Pretensioner and Load Limits
If a strong frontal impact is detected, as in a rear-end collision, the front seat belts will automatically retract to hold the passenger back. If the load pushing back on the seat belt is exceeded, the seat belt will loosen up to reduce the impact on the passenger's chest.

Their award-winning and youthful subcompact car, the Honda Fit, will arrive in 2018 with new styling, new trims, and even more safety features. While Honda hasn't released any engine specs, they have given the public a few details on what to expect for the 2018 model year.

Introducing the 2018 Honda Fit

As you can see in the photo above, the 2018 Honda Fit is quite a bit different in looks. The Sport trim will lie in between the LX and EX trim levels. This particular trim will come with more aero-focused design features including a lower, sharper, front splitter, exclusive black 16" alloy wheels, and a chrome exhaust.
