WardsAuto takes a few items into consideration, even some subjectively, when it comes to creating their top 10 lists. For the Best UX list, testing seemed relatively easy. Testers used the personal device connectivity, information displays, advanced driver-assistance features, and more! Their goal was to find vehicles where these features were simply easy to use and totally intuitive. Enter the 2018 Honda Odyssey: the third least expensive vehicle that made the list with an MSRP of $47,610.
The list typically is filled with luxury vehicles, but this year was filled with what WardsAuto calls "mainstream" vehicles, or non-luxury. The 2018 Honda Odyssey made the list this year, beating out competitors like the Chrysler Pacifica, with mentions from WardsAuto's Senior Editor Tom Murphy about certain features.
