Cadillac has shown their ability to level the playing field when it comes to the Luxury car market. For years the market has been dominated by manufacturers overseas. Cadillac is now upping their game, by introducing another higher end Luxury concept car, the Elmiraj. In 2011, it was the introduction of the Convertible Ciel, we all hope to see go into production soon.
